1. Renter eligibility
- Minimum age 22 years
- Valid driving license and required documents
- Original documents must be shown at pickup
2. Booking & payment
- Booking is confirmed when we confirm and/or deposit is received
- Rates are as quoted at booking time
- Credit card is not required unless stated otherwise
3. Security deposit
- A refundable deposit applies by car class
- Refunded when the car is returned in order with no outstanding charges
4. Vehicle use
- Use lawfully; no racing or illegal use
- Only authorized drivers may drive
- Renter is responsible for traffic fines and damage from misuse
5. Cancellation
- Cancel according to our policy; fees may apply for late cancellation
6. Liability & insurance
- Coverage follows the insurance policy provided
- Excess / policy breaches may be charged to the renter
We may update these terms. The signed rental agreement prevails.
